# BidIntell > AI-powered bid scoring for specialty commercial subcontractors. The BidIndex rates every bid opportunity 0–100 across three weighted buckets — Project Fit, Scope Fit, and Client Fit — so estimators stop spending time on invitations they will not win. BidIntell is a US-based SaaS product (bidintell.ai). It is a bid desk for specialty contracting firms that get more bid invitations than they can responsibly pursue. Solo is $99/month or $950/year, with a 7-day free trial and no card. Team and Company are not self-serve checkout. ## What BidIntell does - **BidIndex score (0–100):** Personalized to the user's trade, service area, preferred clients, and historical outcomes. Three user-weighted buckets (must sum to 100): Project Fit, Scope Fit, Client Fit. - **Labels:** Invite reads and full packages use Open & assign, Worth a look, or Likely skip. An invite read says so. The BidIndex is a whole number from 0 to 100. - **AI extraction from bid PDFs:** Pulls project name, address, deadlines, estimated value, scope, sheet disciplines, and contract risk clauses out of drawing sets and spec books. - **CSI MasterFormat scope matching:** Section-level (6-digit codes) — distinguishes a fire-curtain sub from a generic Division 10 sub. - **Contract risk detection:** Flags vague scope, payment-term issues, invitation-only restrictions, and multiple-bidder language. Risky contract terms are flagged with the document and page and never change the score. Contract risk is not a fourth weighted slider. - **Outcome tracking:** Won/Lost/Ghost/GC-lost/No-bid + qualitative reasons. Feeds future Client Fit personalization (the "AI learning progress" loop). Competitive Pressure folds into Client Fit after 3+ outcomes per client. - **Inbound scoring:** Forward a bid invitation or upload the PDF and get back a scored report. - **Capacity:** Capacity is shown for planning and never changes the score or label. ## Who BidIntell is for - Specialty commercial subcontractors (all CSI divisions). It is built from three weighted buckets (defaults 34 / 33 / 33; you set the weights, and they must sum to 100): 1. **Project Fit** — the kind of job you want: distance from your office vs. service radius, plus building-type preference. 2. **Scope Fit** — is this your work: CSI section/division matching plus the trade terms you set. 3. **Client Fit** — want this GC: star rating, win history, and Competitive Pressure after 3+ outcomes per client are logged. Keywords are a bounded modifier (±10). Risky contract terms are flagged with the document and page and never change the score. Missing data lowers confidence — it does not fill in a fake default. Invite reads and full packages use Open & assign, Worth a look, or Likely skip. An invite read says so. Capacity is shown for planning and never changes the score or label. ## Privacy - Row-level security in the database — no user can ever read another user's projects, clients, or outcomes. - We do not train on customer bid documents. Bid PDFs and extracted bid data are processed only to analyze and score bids for your account. They are not used to train our AI models or anyone else's. - We do not sell user data and do not share it with general contractors or any other third party. ## Contact - General: hello@bidintell.ai - Founder: ryan@bidintell.ai
